Treat a launch like a season
Three days after "We're live," everyone has moved on.

Plenty of AI founders spend months building, then post "We're live" on X or Product Hunt. Launch day brings some traffic. A few days later nobody remembers.
We split a launch into several moments. Before it, show people the problem you're solving. During it, invite them to test, debate features and send feedback. After it, keep sharing customer stories, iterations, failures and uses you never expected.
Before an idol group drops a new song, concept photos, teasers, solo content and a countdown roll out first. After it come stages, interviews and fan edits, and one comeback stays a topic for weeks. Once users take part in the process, they have more reasons to stay.
In the end an AI product keeps users by being useful. Good content gives them more chances to find that out.
