Your data in the free tools

Content that stays in your browser
The subreddit description, campaign link fields, pasted robots.txt rules, Reddit drafts, source text and pasted AI answers are processed in your browser. These tools do not upload that content to us. A page refresh clears the working form. Downloads and clipboard copies are actions you choose.
Public website checks
When you run a website check, the URL you enter is sent to our server. The server requests public pages and returns selected observations and, for robots.txt checks, the public rules. We do not save the results as a public report. The destination website may log our check request.
Tool-use events
We record tool attempts, successful runs, copy-button use and product-interest clicks in our hosting logs. An event contains the tool name, action and a broad referral category. Our event payload excludes the draft, checked URL, answer text, email, IP address and a persistent visitor ID. A broad referral category is kept in session storage so it can follow your visit between our pages. It contains no visitor identifier and ends with the browser session. Hosting infrastructure may keep ordinary request logs under its own settings.
Email inquiries
Contact and product-interest forms open your email application with a draft. A click does not itself send a message or join a mailing list. If you send the email, we receive the details you include and use them to respond.
