Show "AI can generate video" and the viewer does nothing.
Show "I have never edited a video and I made an ad in ten minutes" and the viewer sees what they could do with it, and pictures themselves getting a big result.
So our demos rarely open with a feature list. They open with an ordinary person who wants to get something done.
